Program duration Week of June 2 – Week of September 10 In-person sessions are 60 minutes

Option #1 Curler Training (2 sessions per week) These sessions aim to develop the fundamentals of weight training and speed development in sports. They will be led by a coach who will build a program specific to the sport's needs. Cost will be $450/person for 15 weeks Mondays and Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm

Option #2 Curler Training (1 session per week + online curler training) In-person: These sessions aim to develop the fundamentals of weight training and speed development in sports. They will be led by a coach who will build a program specific to the sport's needs. Online: This service provides online team training with our coach creating a custom program through the Trainheroic app. These workouts are tailored to the team's needs and have progressions built into the program to further develop the athletes in their sport. This covers the time of the coach to create and update the program as needed while covering the cost of the app for the athletes. Cost will $265/person for 15 weeks Monday OR Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm
